I won’t recommend this program to first-time hikers, old or unfit persons as it might be too intense on them as it involves gaining a lot of high altitude in a very short period. Chogoria route is exclusively camping in tents. Here is an itinerary starting from Nairobi and back in 4 days 3 nights.
